At Teechuckle all of our products are made to order. This means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the custome nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
Please make sure to check sizing guides and order details carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if your item:
- Arrives damaged
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Is incorrect {wrong item sent}
To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- clear photos of the issue

REFUNDS
If your claim is approved:
- You may receive a replacement at no cost or
- A full refund to your original payment methord.
Refunds {if applicable} will be processed within 5-10 business days.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled or changed shortly after purchase, Once production has started, we are unable to make changes.
SHIPPING ISSUES
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- delays caused by shipping carriers
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
UK CONSUMER RIGHTS
Under UK law, the 14 day cooling-off period does not apply to good that are made to order or personalised. As all our items are produced specifically for each customer , this exemption applies.
