ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE TO ORDER?

Yes. all items are made to order specifically for you= once your order is placed. We do not hold stock.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days  before shipping.

Estimate delivery times after dispatch:

  • USA: 3-7 business days
  • CANADA: 5-10 business days
  • UK & EUROPE:  5-12 business days
  • AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND:  7-15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We ship to most countries worldwide, with fulfilment expanding to additional regions over time.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

We work with a global network of print providers through our production partner. Orders are automatically routed to the nearest available facility to help reduce shipping times and improve efficiency.

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes. once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or junk folder.

MY TRACKING HASN`T UPDATED?

Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.*

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within shortly after purchase, once production has started, we are unable to make changes.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect sizing.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily offer replacement or refund. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN`T ARRIVED?

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY CLOTHING?

To maintain print quality, we recommend:

  • Washing inside out
  • Cold wash [30*c or lower]
  • No bleach
  • No tumble drying, hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on print

WILL PRINTS FADE OR CRACK?

With proper care, prints are designed to last long term. We recommend reading out washing and care guide page.

We may occasionally offer discounts or special promotions. Sign up our emails or follow us on social media to stay updated. 

WHY DOES MY ORDER COME IN SEPERATE PACKAGES?

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on fulfilment location, and availablity.

WHY DOES SHIPPING TAKE LONGER THAN AMAZON?

Because each item is made to order, we are not able to offer same-day dispatch like large retailers. however, this ensures every item is freshly produced for you.
